Arun Travel Booking Conditions -

The Arun Travel website operates to two distinctly different business formats which will effect how your reservation is completed. For an increasing number of the searches and offers when you click on a result you will be taken directly to that providers website and the complete transaction including payment will be made direct to them and will be in accordance with their published terms and conditions which will be available before you confirm the transaction.

Where a reservation is made on your behalf by Arun Travel we act only as disclosed agents or affiliates for third party suppliers such as airlines, ferries, hotels, tour operators and others. The contract will be between you and the supplier or operator and subject to their published terms and conditions.

In either case Arun Travel is not a party to the contractual relationship and the suppliers terms and conditions (including airlines terms and conditions of carriage) will apply to your booking.

International travelers are advised to know the entry requirements for the country(s) to which they are traveling or entering. Miravista takes no responsibility for determining passenger eligibility to enter any specific country.

Note: It is a condition of booking with every tour operator that you have adequate insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are properly covered against unexpected cancellation charges, medical costs that might be incurred while you're away, loss of money, or belongings, or personal liability claims. Please note that the cover offered by most credit card companies is not normally adequate for holidays or flight bookings.
